This resort spa offers a scenic view of the river from the smaller villas that are separate from the main building, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The service, especially from the manager and the food manager, was incredibly polite and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, lack of a sofa in the room made it feel a bit less comfortable. Overall, the experience was relaxing and quite enjoyable, especially with great amenities, though there is room for improvement in certain areas.
